Objects Clause

The objects for which the Company is established are:

   To carry on the business of corporate services, business registration, and compliance consulting, including Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registrations, post-incorporation services, statutory filings, and other related corporate support services.

2. •

   To provide business advisory, regulatory compliance, documentation, and administrative support services to individuals, partnerships, companies, and other organizations.

3. •

   To engage in the sales, supply, distribution, and general trading of goods, including but not limited to general merchandise, office supplies, consumables, and other lawful goods as may be required by clients.

4. •

   To act as agents, distributors, suppliers, contractors, or representatives for local or foreign companies in respect of any goods or services connected with the objects of the Company.

5. •

   To do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
